What credits are
Dozio Credits are a promotional discount that Dozio gives and pays for. They are not money, have no cash value and are not a wallet.
You cannot buy credits or add money to them. They come only from Dozio offers, such as a sign-up or referral reward, cashback, or a goodwill gesture from support.
Sign-up and referral credits
When a sign-up offer is running, a new account gets the amount shown in the app once its email address is confirmed. Each person gets sign-up credits once.
Every customer has a referral code. When a friend signs up with your code and their first order is completed, you get the referral amount shown in the app at that time. Your friend gets the usual sign-up credits. Cancelled orders do not count.
Offers can change or stop at any time. Credits you already have are not affected.
Using credits
Credits can be used on medicine and health product orders placed from your cart and paid in cash or at the pharmacy. They come off the order total, up to your balance, and you pay the pharmacy the rest.
Credits cannot be used on prescription medicines, lab tests or doctor appointments, and cannot be combined with online payment.
No cash-out or transfer
Credits cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, exchanged for cash or sent to another person. They end with your account.
Cancellations and refunds
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the credits used on it come back to your balance. Any part you paid in cash, card or UPI is refunded to where it came from, never as credits.
Ending the programme
Dozio may end Dozio Credits. If it does, you get at least 30 days' notice in the app, with reminders 7 days and 1 day before the end date. Credits not used by then expire.
An offer may also give credits a shorter validity. If it does, the offer says so when you receive the credits.
Misuse
Credits obtained through fake or duplicate accounts, referring yourself, fraud or a technical error may be removed. Contact support if you think this was done in error.
