Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased, and complain if we do not respond properly.
Doing it yourself
You can see and edit your profile, addresses and family members in your account at any time, and delete your account from Settings in the app or Security on the website.
Asking us
For anything you cannot do yourself, such as a copy of your data, raise a ticket from Help & support or email care@dozio.in from your registered email. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act.
We reply within 30 days. Some records, such as dispensing records, must be kept by law; if so we will tell you which and why.
