Terms of Service

The rules for using Dozio to order medicines and book doctors and labs.

What Dozio is

Dozio connects you with independent pharmacies, doctors and diagnostic labs. They provide the medicines, consultations and tests; Dozio passes on your requests and keeps you updated.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be 18 or older to hold an account; you can book for family members.

Medicines and prescriptions

Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription, which the pharmacy checks. A pharmacy may decline a request, ask for clearer photos, or mark items unavailable.

For photo orders the pharmacy sends a quote with each item, quantity, MRP and discount. Nothing is packed until you accept it, and you may reject it; a rejected quote may go to another pharmacy.

Appointments and lab tests

Booked times depend on the provider's availability. A provider may cancel if it cannot keep a booking; you will be told in the app.

Follow any preparation instructions for lab tests. Reports come from the lab after it has reviewed the results.

Payment

You pay the provider directly the amount shown in the app: the pharmacy on delivery or pickup, the doctor at the clinic, the lab at the visit or to the technician.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order before the pharmacy starts packing it, and an appointment or lab booking before the visit or collection starts. After that, contact support.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, place orders you do not intend to accept, or give false information. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Dozio means you accept it.

These policies are written in plain English. If anything here is unclear, ask support.
