How it is kept safe

Safeguards

The practical rules the service runs on. The security page has the detail and how to report a problem.

Who can see your records

A pharmacy, doctor or lab sees only the requests sent to it. Lab reports open through links that expire, and every change made by Dozio staff is logged.

Keeping and deleting data

Delete your account from the app or the website. Personal details go; orders and bookings stay as anonymous records the law requires providers to keep.

No card details held

You pay the pharmacy, doctor or lab directly. Dozio does not collect or store card or bank details.
