Before delivery
Cancel an order in the app until the pharmacy starts packing it. Photo orders can be rejected at the quote stage at no cost.
After delivery
For safety, medicines cannot be returned once handed over, except when the item is wrong, damaged, or past its expiry date.
Check your order at handover. If something is wrong, raise it from the order's page within 48 hours with a photo, and the pharmacy will replace the item or refund what you paid for it.
Appointments and lab tests
Cancel before the visit or sample collection starts. Because you pay the provider at the visit, there is nothing to refund if you cancel in time.
