Profile, addresses, family members and health profile are kept while your account is open and deleted when you delete it.
Orders, bookings and prescriptions
Kept for as long as pharmacies, doctors and labs are required by law to keep them. After account deletion they no longer carry your name or contact details.
Technical records
App error reports are deleted automatically after 30 days. Records of actions taken by Dozio staff are kept to show who changed what and when.
